At GSWRAP we respect your privacy. We make sure that any and all of your information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned to any third party. Our shopping cart is secured using the latest technology, and any information you provide will be held with care and confidentiality. Any personal address and financial information you provide us will strictly be used to process your orders. Although we may occasionally send emails with promotional offers, discount codes, or new product announcements; these emails always provide a link to unsubscribe your email address from our mailing lists, if you wish to do so.

 

Our guidelines are as follows:

Personal Information

  • When you register or place an order as a guest through GSWRAP’s Website, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary to process and fulfill your order.

Uses of Information

  • We will use the information we collect to provide the services you request.
  • We may use your information to inform you of other products or services and promotional offers from GSWRAP by sending promotional emails.
  • We absolutely DO NOT sell, rent, share or lease our customer lists or any customer information to any third parties.

Your Choices

  • Log-In accounts are only created for Users who register themselves.
  • Only Registered Users are able to view and edit their personal information for current or future use.
  • User Log-In accounts are not created for users who placed their orders as a guest.
  • Both Guest Checkout and Registered users can opt out of promotional email campaigns
  • You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order has been placed, and you will also receive an invoice.
  • You can also request to have all your data purged from our system entirely.

 

GSWRAP RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We at GSWRAP want to offer our clients our best. We are happy to say we offer highly efficient products and best material available. We strive on providing our customers with the best level of service. We do inspect every single product before we ship it off to you. However, we do understand things happen while the product is on its way to you. GSWRAP wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, you must report it by email no later than 5 days of receiving it. Please include photographs of the damaged merchandise. We will send you a new product, after receiving yours back. You will receive a return label so you can easily return the damaged merchandise back to us.  Please fill in a contact form with all information and send it to returns@gswrap.com .

If you have any other reasons for the return,  the product must be sent back fully packaged/unopened within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee for the amount of product returned, fee will be deducted from credit. You will need to send us an email to returns@gswrap.com to request a return merchandise approval. After this was approved, you can go ahead and process shipment back.

 

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • You will need to send us an email to returns@gswrap.com to request a Return Merchandise Approval.
  • Items purchased within 30 days are allowed to be returned.
  • All returned goods must be sent back to us in the exact condition we sent them to you. Returned merchandise will be inspected and your refund total will be contingent on the results of this inspection. IF product arrives to you damaged, an email must be sent within 5 days of receiving it (with photographs) in order to process your return.
  • Merchandise needs to have complete packaging and all accessories it came with.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return unwanted merchandise. You will need to pay for the return shipment yourself with a carrier of your choice. However, if product arrives damaged you will receive a return label from us.
